We’re Kate and Rich, married for five wonderful years. We had a small courthouse wedding during COVID and recently celebrated our marriage sacrament with loved ones in our church. After learning we both have infertility diagnoses, we’ve spent years hoping to grow our family. We would be forever grateful to become parents through adoption.
Family is at the heart of everything we do, from cutting down Christmas trees to summer beach days, backyard barbecues, bonfires, and card games. We love hosting and sharing laughter and connection with friends and family. We’re passionate about gardening and can’t wait to watch our child grow their own food. We look forward to sharing adventures—Broadway shows, sports games, aquariums, and park picnics—while supporting our child’s passions every step of the way.

We live on a quiet, family-friendly street where kids ride bikes, play outside, and make friends. The strong sense of community, great schools, nearby parks, and enriching activities make it an ideal place to raise a child. During holidays our home really comes to life! At Halloween, we transform it into a spooky wonderland with decorations and costumed dogs, delighting neighborhood kids. At Christmas, it’s filled with lights, festive dinners, and joyful laughter. Beyond the holidays, our home is always warm, loving, and full of laughter. We look forward to creating special memories with our future child, including attending church together as a family and embracing the simple joys of life.
