Peter is the youngest member of his family and has an older sister. He is close to his mom, brother-in-law, niece, nephew, and is excited about the arrival of a grand-nephew soon. They all live nearby and spend a lot of time together. Peter is a dedicated third-grade elementary school teacher, where he inspires and nurtures young minds. Outside of teaching, he has a passion for fishing, surfing, and music, and is a talented singer and guitar player. Peter loves the beach and enjoys taking care of his yard. Known for being responsible and having a big heart, he values his family, friends, and the simple joys of life.

Jill is the youngest of five siblings—one sister and three brothers—and grew up in a close, supportive family. Her siblings, dad, nieces, nephews, and sisters-in-laws all live nearby and spend time together regularly. Jill is an elementary school reading teacher who’s passionate about helping students develop a love for reading and mentors new teachers. In the spring, she coaches high school lacrosse, where her dedication and passion make a big impact. Jill loves spending time at the beach to relax, read, and surf. She has a perfect balance of work, family, friends, and fun, always ready to make lasting memories with the people she loves most.
OUR HOME & COMMUNITY
We live in a single family home in a quiet neighborhood, which includes an arboretum as well as a state park preserve with walking paths, playgrounds, beaches, a community pool and a small village nearby. Our home was completely updated 4 years ago just before we moved in. Our families live close by, Jill’s family lives only 10 minutes away and Peter’s is only 20 minutes from our home. The baby will have his or her own room, as well as a large front and backyard to play and explore. The local area also offers a ton of variety for children, such as events in town and public library programs. We are also only a short drive to the local beaches and additional state parks.
