I am so grateful to have this opportunity!

My life has been a wonderful journey richly filled with love, family, friends and happiness. My family and I look forward to welcoming a new baby into our lives to love and nurture. It has always been my dream to become a mother and to have a child to love unconditionally. Being a teacher is a great joy but being a parent will surpass that beyond words. As a result of the wonderful experiences and relationships that I have with the children, I realize that what I want most is to start my family through adoption.

From the time I was in Kindergarten, I have always wanted to be a teacher. I have been a teacher for over 25 years and currently teach Pre K. I love my students dearly and treat them as if they are my own kids. I try to make them each feel special in their own way. I am a huge New York Mets fan and enjoy going to games. I love to cook and bake! Christmas time is my favorite time to bake and be creative. Traveling around the country and to new cities has been exciting. I love to meet new people from different cultures. I appreciate all of the wonderful things life has to offer.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY

I live in a very diverse community. It is part of an urban city but my neighborhood is filled with tree lined streets and full of parks, shops, libraries and wonderful schools. I love my patio filled with flowers. My child will have their own room in my home.

I hope that by looking through my profile and looking at some of the special snapshots from my life, you have a sense of who I am and how much love I have to give. I know that if I am fortunate enough to adopt, this baby will be loved beyond compare.

I have strong morals and values when it comes to family. I was raised by amazing people who define the word parent. I am so lucky to call my siblings my best friends. We have shared a special bond ever since we were children and continue to have an amazing relationship as adults. They will be incredible aunts and uncles. I have many close friends that I know will love and support this child too. When it comes to family and friends, I am very protective of their needs and feelings.

I look forward everyday experiences of playing on the playground and reading books each night. But also, we will have movie nights, attend Mets games and bake cookies together. I know we will travel and go on cruises too.

The health and happiness of this child will always be my main priority, no matter what. I feel that having a child will be the greatest blessing to me. I know how much joy this child will bring to me as a parent; and to my family as a grandchild, niece or nephew. It will be my life mission to make their life the best it can be. I will support their interests and help them follow their passions.

I am excited about this new phase in my journey and look forward to bringing a child into my life. I am honored to be considered as an adoptive parent and would love the opportunity to meet with you.
