HELLO

TO A VERY SPECIAL WOMAN!

- MY NAME IS -

CAROLINE

from the state of TEXAS

Thank you

for getting to know me and considering me to be a part of your child’s future. I hope what you read conveys how excited I am to be a parent and how I have always dreamed of this part of my life. I want you to know that I respect your courage and strength as you make this decision and that you are an inspiration to others and me! I will never stop telling your baby how grateful I am for you and the sacrifice you made.

I have always wanted to start my family through adoption. In 2021 I became a licensed foster parent, but I ultimately decided to adopt through an agency instead of fostering, which brings me here! I have been planning this for so long and have done my best to educate myself on being the best parent through books, classes, and life experiences of working in child care 10+ years. I promise that your child will be raised by a mother and extended family that loves them and will do anything to make sure they have a happy and positive upbringing.

Whatever level of contact you decide to have with me and your baby, I am open to your choice. I am open to pictures, letters, and/or annual visits.

- MY -

Story

I grew up in Texas which is also where I currently live. Growing up, I loved playing outside. My family had a big backyard with a treehouse, trampoline, and playground. I also loved my pets. We always had two dogs and eventually we got a cat named “Happy”. I looked forward to going on family vacations, and every year we went to the beach.

Besides living in Texas, I spent 8 years living on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. My family still has a second home in Kailua, Hawaii. Living in Hawaii showed me how to love and respect a culture that was not my own. The island our condo is on has some of the best hiking, beaches, restaurants, and shopping in the world. There is also a Disney hotel “Aulani” where I always imagined taking my baby for character breakfast and weekend stays.

ABOUT ME

I AM A HOME CHEF!
HOLDING MY FRIENDS SON! THEY CAME TO VISIT ME IN TEXAS FOR HIS BIRTHDAY!
VOLUNTEERING IN MY FRIEND'S KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOM

I am a really laid back and chill person. My friends describe me as the most positive person they know. I am a Leo if you believe in horoscopes. I am a big University of Texas fan, and my family has season tickets to the basketball and football games.

I have always been very nurturing. I spent years working and volunteering with kids, and I am an amazing dog mom. I really enjoy cooking for my friends and family. I also enjoy taking walks, tennis, yoga, shopping, travel, the outdoors, and Pilates.

FUN AT THE PARK WITH MY FRIEND’S SON

I’ve spent the past 3 years volunteering my time helping kids in foster care. I am currently a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for a teenager in foster care. Through this job, I write court reports for the judge. I also have been a mentor for a 7 year old girl in foster care for over two years. I see her a couple times a month. We enjoy going to events in the community. We also love finding local parks,

going on hikes, and playing in the river. She recently became a UT fan, so I took her to some games. She has a favorite player she cheers for – it is so cute! Shortly after meeting her, I put her in swimming lessons, taught her to ride a bike, and also helped home school her during the pandemic. Since meeting her and her family I feel like I have a bonus family! It’s really special being part of her milestones.

- ABOUT MY -

CAREER

When I graduated from college in 2014, I followed in my dad’s footsteps and became a Realtor. I worked in Hawaii selling homes for 4 years, then moved to Texas and started working for my dad, who owns apartment buildings and properties that we manage.

Growing up I always dreamed of being a mother over having an impressive career. My parents have always been supportive of me being a stay-at-home parent and gave me a job at their business where I would have the time and resources to stay home and raise a child.

HOME

My neighborhood is beautiful, with hill country views, two huge parks (one that I can walk to and one on the lake), hiking trails, tennis, soccer, basketball courts, and a neighborhood country club with a pool and monthly kids and family events.

My home is a one-story house with a backyard that is on a greenbelt. My neighborhood is very family-friendly, and I sometimes babysit for some of my neighbors. My family also has a lake house nearby that I go to all the time.

I HAVE A 3 YEAR OLD TOY POODLE NAMED CHLOE.

Recently we completed a 6 week training program so that she can go to hospitals to cheer up patients. She has such a sweet, loving, and smart personality I had to share her to make a difference in the world.

MY

LOVED ONES

My parents who have been married 34 years live very close to me. Part of the reason I bought my current home is so that my parents can be very present in your child’s day to day life. My mom is very athletic; she has done the Iron Man triathlon (2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bicycle ride and a marathon 26.22-mile run completed in that order) multiple times. In Hawaii she rides her bike across the island. My dad and I are most alike. He is very chill, extremely talented at real estate, hilarious, and loves playing tennis.

I have a brother that is four years younger than me. He loves different cultures and languages. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. He teaches English as second language to Spanish-speaking kids.

It’s very nice that we are all in the same city and can celebrate every holiday/ birthday/milestone together.

My mom makes a big deal out of every celebration, big and small. She buys the best gifts and loves to host friends and family. I also have tons of cousins and friends that are close by who we always get together with over the holidays and throughout the year

TO

YOU

VOLUNTEERING IN MY FRIEND’S KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOM

I can promise you that your child will always have a mom that volunteers at school and who is fully present at home. I will read to your child every night and make a huge deal out of all their milestones. I will find out what your child’s passions and interests are and make sure they get the best coaching, lessons, and education possible. I promise to raise this child to be kind to themselves and others. I will empower your child by feeding them healthy foods, listening to them, giving them choices, and making them proud about where they come from and your story. I will take time out of everyday just to play, have fun, and build our bond with each other. We will travel the world together and make memories to last our lifetimes.

“Out of everything I have done in life, being a mom will be what I am most proud of and what I work hardest at.”

Thank you and I wish you all the best.
