Words cannot describe how happy we are that we contacted the Adoption Alliance. When the agency was highly recommended by our adoption attorney, social worker, and a family friend (who adopted two children with them) we knew we had to call them! From the first phone conversation with Stacie (the director of client services) we were impressed and comfortable. Stacie always went above and beyond to answer all our questions and to make sure we were comfortable. She is just beyond kind and professional. We were matched with our beautiful son in about six months after signing with the agency. We were then placed into the loving hands of Yolanda (The director of case management). We are so grateful for her kindness, patience and support. She did whatever was necessary to assist our placement even if it meant her nights, weekends, and holidays. We just can’t say enough good things about them. We would not have our beautiful son without them.
