I will preface this by saying that I don’t feel that I can capture how great this agency was for us in these few words. We spent months searching for the right agency. We researched, we asked around, we interviewed with some and we were almost ready to go with a national agency, when I called Adoption Alliance and talked to Stacie. She spent time going over everything with me. She explained things in detail, answered all my questions. She was honest and real and you could tell that she just loved the work she did. I never felt rushed. When we hung up the phone I knew this was the place for us. We had our paperwork in and were parents in waiting at the beginning of February, and we brought our son home April 25th! 3 months! We had a couple hiccups along the way (through no fault of Adoption Alliance) and the staff responded quickly to help us and were always available to answer our questions. Adoption Alliance was with us every step of the way. I never felt alone or unsure of what to do next. When our son was born they handled everything. They were in constant contact with the hospital, our sweet birth mom, as well as my husband and I . It was as smooth as it could possibly be. If you are looking for a personal agency that truly cares about you as the birth family as well as the birth mother, then this is the agency. We loved working with Adoption Alliance and we will be back when its time to bring home baby number 3.
