We haven’t been able to have another child biologically and we know we have so much more love to give. We are blessed to have an amazingly supportive and diverse group of family and friends around us. They are excited we are adopting and are ready to share their love and acceptance.

Anna is a hands-on mom who was always at her child’s school. She is a passionate teacher who is dedicated to her students. While she is not teaching, she enjoys helping with fundraisers, trips, and parties. At school she is a leader and coaches new teachers. Anna loves to explore new things and areas. She is always on the hunt for a new foodie place. Her favorite meal of the day is breakfast and enjoys going on breakfast outings. She loves the beach and being outdoors. Her coworkers call her Ms. Sunshine because she literally spreads Sunshine throughout the building with her smile and warm gestures. She is dedicated to her family and her work. She supports Nick in his school activities and makes sure her staff and scholars are happy. She is always taking care of others. If it’s not Nicholas, then it’s her students who always call her for advice or support.

Our home sits on a quiet street in Queens, NY. Within a 5 minute walk of our house is the beautiful NYC skyline. New York City is a twenty minute train ride where we enjoy Broadway plays and the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree. Our house is in an excellent school district. We can walk to three parks, with playgrounds and sports fields. A nearby preserve has a lake with hiking and biking trails.

Education is very important to our family. I became a teacher to help young people learn and become successful. We provided Nicholas the best education possible. We paid his way through private schools. His hard work in school, with our support, has given him the ability to be accepted at a great private college, where he will be playing track and field. We want to provide the same for our future child.
We Look Forward to…
1. We cannot wait to go to the library and book-store to get new books for our reading corner.
2. We LOVE the Bronx Zoo and can’t wait to take them there and to other zoos.
3. We love all types of sports and can’t wait to introduce sports to them and find which ones they like. Michael would love to be their coach!
4. We can’t wait to go painting together and display our works of art at home.
5. We look forward to going to games and cheering on our favorite sports teams.
