Hello and welcome. We are Barbara and Xavier from Idaho.
Dear Birth Parents,
I know the days ahead of you will be challenging, but I admire how brave you are. Thank you for considering us as an adoptive family for your child. I adopted my son Xavier in 2016 and am amazed each day how much love and joy he brings to my life. Every day I am grateful to Xavier’s birth mother for the sacrifice she made.
We live in a small city in Idaho that values family and is friendly and welcoming. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family whether it is just my son and I or our extended family. We live close to several state and national parks. We love to go camping, hiking, kayaking, and swimming.
I am an educator and value education. I love spending time with my son teaching him new things and reading to him each night.
A Glimpse into my Life
If I won a million dollars I would travel the world!
I HAVE TRAVELED TO EVERY CONTINENT EXCEPT ASIA AND AFRICA. I love to experience new cultures and to see the wonders of the world. I’ve been kayaking in New Zealand, seen the incredible art in Rome, walked the streets in Guatemala, admired the beauties of Westminster Abbey, and snorkeled in a cenote in Mexico. I would love to go on an African Safari, see the glaciers in Iceland, and ride an elephant in Thailand. I love the beauty and the diversity of this amazing world.
As much as I have loved visiting all of these places, I love my son so much more. We love to spend time together whether it is cuddling while watching a movie or going to a splash park, the memories we make are precious to me.
Over the last year, I have been wanting to expand our family. I want my son to have a sibling. I enjoy a strong bond with my brothers and sister and I would like Xavier to know the joy that comes from this kind of bond with siblings. I know there is another little soul that belongs with us, and I can’t wait to share our love with him or her.

Meet Xavier, my Little Miracle
My Xavier is a fun and loving little boy. He loves to play cars, pretend he is a Lego man, clean,
sing, and climb. He is especially sweet to me. Every time he gets a treat, he always brings an extra treat to me. I know he will be the same way with his sibling.

Home Sweet Home
We live in a wonderful community in Idaho. We live close to several schools and parks where I love to take my son to run and play.
We have a big backyard with lots of space for my little boy to ride his bikes, play fetch with our dog, or play in the sprinklers.
We live close to my Dad and two of my siblings and get together often as we can for activities such as BBQs, swimming, and 4-wheeling.
Our Furry Friend
Lucy is our Yorkshire Terrier who has been around for 8 years. She is the sweetest dog you have ever met. She loves to play fetch, cuddle, and lick your face. She loves to play with kids, and she particularly likes my son because he accidentally leaves treats for her.

The Great Dalmuti
My faith plays a huge role in my life. I have gone through some hard times in my life, and my faith in Jesus Christ has helped me find happiness and peace. Even though my son is still young, we talk about faith and values so he can develop that peace and happiness in the Lord.
The People we Love
I have a really close family. My sister, one of my brothers, and my father all live within 10 miles of each other. At a minimum, we get together on a weekly basis to talk while all of the grandchildren play. We love to go skiing, sledding, have BBQs, and attend different activities in our area.
Every year we go camping with all of my siblings and dad for a week by a lake so we can go kayaking, boating, swimming, biking, 4 wheeling, and hiking. I have been doing this since I was a child and some of my most cherished memories took place during these vacations.
In addition to this, I also am close to my extended family. My grandma lives down the street from me, and every Sunday she has all of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren over to her house for dinner. We eat and talk while all of the children jump on her trampoline, play games, and eat treats. I am very close to several of my cousins because I see them on a weekly basis.
I will cherish the precious little child who comes to our home. I will provide him or her with every opportunity to grow physically, emotionally, spiritually, and academically. I promise to make sure he or she knows that I love them, and I’ll make sure they laugh everyday.
I hope that our relationship as parents to this child won’t end as well. I want to keep in contact with you so you can see how your child grows and develops through the years. I’m hoping to become friends as we go on this journey together.
