We have known each other since childhood growing up in the same small town together and are now soulmates and best friends. Adoption has been close to our hearts for many years so when we learned Jacy would not be able to have biological children, it affirmed what we already knew: adoption is the next step in our journey. We both love children and feel called to provide a nurturing, joyful, and secure home. We are filled with anticipation for the everyday moments—singing songs, reading bedtime stories, and showering a child with hugs and kisses. Daniel is a hard worker and runs a thriving construction business but God and his family always come first. He is dedicated to his family and keeps in close contact with his parents and siblings who we spend time with frequently. He is fun and playful and is an outstanding father and husband.

Jacy is one of the most thoughtful people I know. She seems to always know what others need or want before they even have to ask. She is an amazing cook and makes delicious healthy meals for our family often. She also enjoys baking and decorating cookies and cakes for holidays. Jacy is highly intelligent and excelled at all subjects in school, but math was her favorite. She earned a degree in Elementary Education at Texas A&M and is now an insurance broker. She’s a hard worker but loves spending quality time with family and friends as much as possible. She is the best wife I could ever dream of and an amazing bonus mom to Timbre.

Timbre is our joyful and loving 11-year-old daughter from Daniel’s previous marriage. We share joint custody with her mom, so she is with us part time. She has a gentle, affectionate nature and brings warmth and laughter into our home. Timbre is deeply caring and has expressed genuine excitement about welcoming a younger sibling. She looks forward to helping care for them, playing together, and being a supportive big sister. She enjoys swimming, singing, dancing, and playing games. We know she will be a nurturing and enthusiastic companion, ready to share her love and build a strong sibling bond.

Bailey, our 3-year-old Bernedoodle, is a cherished part of our family. She has a gentle, affectionate nature and loves everyone she meets—children and adults alike. Bailey is playful and social, often greeting neighbors with a wagging tail, but she’s just as happy curling up for long naps and quiet snuggles. Her calm temperament and loving personality make her an ideal companion for a child, and we’re confident she will help create a comforting and joyful home environment.
OUR HOME & COMMUNITY
We live in a welcoming, family-oriented neighborhood that offers a safe and fun environment for children. Our community features several parks and walking trails making it easy to enjoy outdoor activities and connect with other families. We often walk to nearby shops and restaurants, and it’s common to see parents pushing strollers and neighbors walking their dogs. Our home is a spacious five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence with plenty of room for a growing family. It includes a turfed backyard where children can play, and we’re just a three-minute walk from a large park with a playground that’s perfect for active play and social interaction with neighborhood friends.
