Hi, we’re Dan and Anna from Texas. Thank you for taking the time to meet and learn more about us. Even before we were married, we dreamed of having a family and sharing our love with a precious child. Building a family in a home filled with love and laughter is the most important thing in the world to us. We have always considered adoption, but after several failed pregnancies we both realized that it was God’s plan for us. We want to provide a child with the same opportunities we received. About Dan by Anna
Dan gives comfort, security, and encouragement to everyone in his life. No matter what life brings, I know that it will all be okay because I have Dan by my side. When I first met Dan, I was struck by his thoughtfulness, generosity, and tenderness – all qualities that will make him a great father. Dan makes the lives of those around him easier and infinitely better. He takes pride in providing for our family, making important decisions, and being the man God would have him be every single day. It is easy to feel Dan’s love. He is affectionate, kind, and open. My mother always says that I hit the jackpot with Dan, and she’s right.

About Anna by Dan
It’s hard to imagine a woman who would make a better mother than Anna. I’ve never seen someone interact so naturally with kids, and it’s no wonder that her entire career deals with helping young children. Whether it’s decorating the house for the current holiday, tending to her many plants and flowers, or cooking a family dinner, she is an incredible wife, homemaker, and (hopefully) mother. Anna’s warmth and kindness lights up every room, and I am so grateful to call her my wife. I could not be more confident in her investment to motherhood and adoption. Anna also comes from a large and tightly knit family who are equally excited to welcome a new child.
OUR PETS
MEET OUR CATS
We have two indoor cats who love people (especially their parents) very much. Alice is very sweet and curious. She loves sitting on laps, playing with her toys, and getting treats as often as she can. Tony is a gentle giant, devoted to his sister. He loves belly rubs and getting wet food. Both are very social and quickly come out to meet new guests.
OUR HOME & COMMUNITY
We live in a lovely home in a quiet, tree-filled East Dallas neighborhood. Our home is within walking distance of several playgrounds and White Rock Lake, where we ride bikes, walk and look at wildlife. We got married at the Botanical Garden on the lake, surrounded by our family and friends. Anna’s office is down the street, and she provides early intervention services for families and young children all over Southeast Dallas. Dan is a member of our Neighborhood Association, which organizes yearly block parties and parades.

We have so much love to give. We live lives full of joy and opportunity and will provide an environment of peace, stability, and privilege to the baby God chooses for us. Anna’s daily experience of working with families and young children has shown her that she has a special ability to connect with, nurture, and love children in a way that allows them to feel secure, safe, and well-loved. Dan’s childhood experience with his dad has taught him what it means to be a hands-on dad, fully available to teach, protect, and love this precious gift from God.
Not only are we are fully committed to parenthood, our extended family can’t wait to welcome a child with open arms, showering them with love and affection. Both sides of our family will not stop asking us how our adoption journey is going, and they are just as excited as we are. Everyone is praying for a precious child to raise, teach, love, and protect.
Our life experiences, resources, love and support allow us to provide a lifetime full of joy, adventure, and opportunity, along with the promise of education and unconditional love.
