Hello! Thank you for considering me in your adoption process. I am Brennan and I have prayed to grow my “family of one” for as long as I can remember. I am “Aunt BB” to many nieces and nephews, and am excited to start my own family. I have dreamt of being a mother for most of my life, creating a family and learning as we grow together. I want to adopt because adoption is a beautiful way to build a family. I hope to show you a picture of my life and the life I desire to give your baby.

I enjoy people more than anything and love being connected as family, in friendship and in life. I was born and raised in Texas and moved to a big city after school – in pursuit of an adventure. I come from a family of educators and medical professionals – of which, I am neither! I work in the fashion industry – surrounded by creativity, unique people and beautiful products. I love to travel and spent several years in East Africa working with a group of women building a business in a village. I currently work as the General Manager of a fashion company serving clients and leading our team. I am a Christian and my faith is the core of my being and the reason for the way I live.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY

I live in an urban area with a lot of energy, culture, museums and activities. We experience four seasons each year (warm summers and snowy winters), and spend most of our time outdoors, in community parks and restaurants as much as possible. My biological family does not live nearby, but I have many close friends and a strong community in my area.

There are strong public, private and charter schools in my neighborhood, and many families with children who attend these schools. My actual home is a place where I rest, cook, host friends, listen to music, watch movies, dream and pray. My walls are filled with pictures of my favorite people and mementos from my travels.

My earliest memories of my childhood are playing with baby dolls, pushing them in a stroller down the street to my best friend’s house. I loved “loving them” from the beginning. As a young teenager, my big sister and I ran a babysitting service one summer. It was the best way to spend a summer – getting to know many kids in our neighborhood, playing outside and reading books. As an adult, I am an auntie to children of all ages. I love being with them, learning from them and watching them become unique individuals.

From my earliest days, my dream has been to be a mom – to love and raise children, to encourage them and watch them grow. I look forward to creating the same for our future family. I look forward to teaching him or her to ride a bike, play sports and be creative. Our home will be a safe place where we pray, laugh and learn, play games and enjoy our family and friends.

I promise to give my full heart and all my love to your baby. I promise to love him or her unconditionally, to teach him or her to love all people, to dream and to be brave, like you. I promise to raise your baby surrounded by family and a community who will love them deeply, who will support our family well and who will make their childhood fun and memorable.

I promise to give your baby the best life, my unconditional love and a great adventure. Throughout your baby’s life, I will send letters and photos for you to see how he or she is growing and changing throughout the years. He or she will always know about the brave woman you are and about the choices you made for him or her and we will honor you as family.
