We are based in Texas and have decades of experience helping birth parents and adoptive families around the state, including The Woodlands and the surrounding area. We strive to place babies in homes where they will be loved and protected. To do that, we support all parties involved, whether you’re facing an unexpected pregnancy or just want to know more about the gift of adoption.
If you’re facing an unplanned pregnancy and are considering adoption, the Adoption Alliance can help. We have decades of experience to draw on and put together a personalized plan for each and every adoption. Throughout the process, you should always feel like you have a choice and we are here to place the power in your hands.
If you require financial assistance, the Adoption Alliance is a state-licensed agency that can help. We will put together a custom adoption plan that fits your situation that might include living expenses, rental assistance, transportation services, housing, and more. As far as medical expenses, we can help you find a doctor and make sure you get the care you need throughout your pregnancy through delivery.
You may qualify for assistance from state or federal agencies, too. We can help you secure what you’re entitled to, including WIC, food stamps, HUD, and more. It’s not always easy to navigate the system and we’re here to make sure that you get all the help you need during your pregnancy throughout the adoption process.
Knowing your legal rights as a birth mother is important so we make sure you understand what is happening as the process proceeds. For instance, you may choose the adoptive family and the type of adoption you want, either open, closed, or something in between. We facilitate communication with the adoptive family as well to make sure everything moves forward as smoothly as possible.
All of our services are 100% confidential and we take your privacy very seriously. Best of all, everything is available at no cost to you.
Our goal is to place all babies in a kind, safe, loving home with adoptive families and we will do everything to make that possible. We know that supporting adoptive families is important and the Adoption Alliance is here to help.
All adoptive families in Texas are required to participate in a home visit performed by a licensed social worker or representative of a reputable agency. We will get you on our waiting list as soon your home visit and required home study have been completed.
Our adoptive families also create an online profile so that birth parents can get an idea of who you are to help them make a decision about the best home for the baby. We facilitate communication between adoptive and birth parents when appropriate.
