The Adoption Alliance is a non-profit, charitable organization that provides support services to birth parents and adoptive families, regardless of where they are in the adoption process. Since we are a state-licensed adoption agency with decades of experience, we know that every adoption is different. That’s why we draw on our years of knowledge to put together an individualized adoption plan for every adoption. We strive to support birth mothers and adoptive parents throughout the process while keeping the well-being and safety of the baby at heart. Our goal is to create happy families and we’re available to help 24/7.
If you’re facing an unplanned pregnancy, you’re likely experiencing a range of emotions, including denial, shock, and maybe even fear. We’re here to tell you that you don’t have to go through this alone. If you’re considering adoption, the experienced staff at the Adoption Alliance can help you through the process, no matter where you are in your pregnancy.
We know that adoption is not an easy decision and that you want to make sure your baby is placed with a loving, kind family. That’s why we make sure that all of our potential adoptive parents are thoroughly screened. Every adoptive family has an online profile so you can learn as much as possible before making your decision.
Working with Adoption Alliance comes with a lot of benefits that you can only get from a licensed adoption agency. If you’re pregnant and worried about the financial implications, we can help. In addition to living expenses, transportation, and counseling, we can also help you cover medical expenses, including prenatal care and delivery, if Medicaid or private insurance is not available.
Legal services are also provided to make sure you understand your rights as the birth parent throughout the process. Our services are available free of charge and we promise to keep everything completely confidential. We believe that adoption is the right choice for a lot of families but we know it’s not always an easy process. That’s why we’re here to support you in any way we can.
The Adoption Alliance also offers support and resources to those families seeking to adopt in and around the Schertz area. It’s Texas state law that those seeking to adopt must have a home inspection performed by a licensed social worker or representative of an adoption agency. Once your family completes the home inspection as well as the required home study, we will secure a place on our adoptive waiting list as soon as possible.
In order to help the adoption process go as smoothly as possible, we also facilitate communication between you and the birth parents to deal with any issues as they arise. Our goal is to make sure the baby finds a safe and loving home and we do everything we can to help make that a reality.
