The Adoption Alliance is a non-profit adoption agency made up of counselors, educators, and social workers who work together to build happy families. We’re here to assist birth parents and those hoping to adopt throughout the entire process. If you have questions about the process, need more information, or are a birth mother looking for assistance, we’re here to help, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We know that every situation is different and take the time to put together an adoption plan specific to your needs.
If you’re pregnant and considering placing your baby up for adoption, we don’t want you to go through it alone. The Adoption Alliance can help you find a counselor and will make sure you have the necessary legal services in place.
Birth mothers have a lot of influence in the adoption process. You have the opportunity to look through our adoptive family profiles to choose the one that you think will give the baby a good home. If you would rather we make the decision for you, we are certainly willing to comply. All of our families have been properly screened and we will choose one that will provide a loving, supportive home. You can also choose whether you want an open or closed adoption or something in between.
As a licensed adoption agency, we’re also able to provide financial assistance to birth mothers. Depending on the situation, we can help with living and housing expenses or transportation to the doctor, grocery store, or other essential appointments. If you don’t already have a doctor, we can help you find one to make sure you’re getting proper prenatal care.
It’s important to note that all of our services are at no cost to you. We also strive to respect your privacy and maintain 100% confidentiality at all times. If you are pregnant and have questions or want to set up an initial appointment, we’re available to help you 24/7. Call us at call (866) 268-2518 or fill out a contact form on our website.
At the Adoption Alliance, our goal is to build happy families so we also provide support to those hoping to adopt. Our services range from helping you set up an adoption profile to finding a birth mother. We can facilitate communication between you and the birth mother when needed.
Texas state law requires a home study before you can be placed on our waiting list as well as a six-month supervisory visit after placement. We can refer you to a social worker in the Baytown area who can help. We also provide assistance with follow-up reports after the baby is placed in your care, including finalizing the adoption and filing for an amended birth certificate.
If you have questions or want to set up an initial appointment, we’re available to help you 24/7. Call us at call (866) 268-2518 or fill out a contact form on our website.
