The Adoption Alliance is a non-profit organization that supports both birth parents and adoptive families throughout the adoption process. We have decades of experience and understand that every situation is different which is why we take the time to create a personalized plan for each adoption. As a state-licensed adoption agency, we’re able to provide the support you need at any point in the adoption process. Whether you’re considering placing your unborn baby up for adoption or are hoping to add a new member to your family, the Adoption Alliance is here to help.
If your pregnancy was unplanned or if you’re just not sure you’re ready to raise a baby, adoption is a wonderful solution that creates loving families. We know this decision is difficult which is why we encourage you to gather all the information and take as much time as you need to decide.
The Adoption Alliance is a licensed agency that is able to provide you with a wide range of support during your pregnancy through the end of the adoption process and, in some cases, into postpartum. We can help with living expenses including rent, utilities, and groceries. If you are having difficulties with transportation, we can provide Uber or Lyft gift cards, bus passes, or gas money depending on your situation.
If your medical expenses are too much to handle, we can cover the costs of prenatal care and hospital delivery if you do not qualify for Medicaid. There’s never a wrong time to contact us. If you need help finding a doctor and need prenatal care, we’re here for you.
We know that placing your baby with the right family is essential. You can choose the family that you think is a good match for your baby or, if you’d rather not, we can find a loving family for you. Legal counseling is also available and you are given the option to choose what type of adoption you would like – open, closed, or something in between.
All of our services are completely free and you can rest assured that we maintain confidentiality at all times. We have staff members are available 24/7 to help. Call (866) 268-2518, text “HELPNOW” to 474747.
We also provide assistance and support to families hoping to bring a new baby into their homes. The Adoption Alliance can help match you with a birth mother or help you put together an adoptive parent profile that best represents you and your family. If necessary, we can facilitate communication with the birth mother and will keep you informed about the health of the baby, prenatal visits, and more.
Texas state law requires a home visit before you can adopt and a supervisory visit 6 months after you bring your baby home before the adoption is finalized. We can help connect you to a social worker that can walk you through that process.
